Acceptable Use

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

• Use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• Ensure that all uploaded content is owned by you or legally licensed.
• Not upload misleading, copyrighted, abusive, or prohibited content.
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Platform.

Subscription and Payment

• Subscription Access: The Platform is provided on a recurring subscription basis.
• Service Continuity: If a subscription expires or is cancelled, platform access may be restricted and content may be hidden until renewal.
• Fees: Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Intellectual Property

We retain full ownership of the Platform, source code, backend systems, infrastructure, and related technology. You retain ownership of your content. No rights to the Platform technology are transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated, if content breaches legal or platform policies, or if misuse of services is detected.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
